Entry Period. Entries in the Amoura Drawing (the “Promotion”) will be accepted on a monthly calendar basis through email submission via the Amoura website. Winners will be selected at random at the end of each calendar month, from all valid entries.
Eligibility. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who have entered their email address via the Amoura website. Prior winners are not eligible for re-entry. Employees of Sponsor or its affiliates, Carbonate, their subsidiaries, and divisions (the “Promotion Entities”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse), and persons living in the same households of such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
How to Enter. For entry, submit your email address to subscribe to the Amoura Mailing List, on the Promotion landing page on the Amoura website or via mailing list subscription button. Must be a valid email address, one entry per person.
Selection and Notification of Winner. Winner will be chosen at random at the close of the Entry Period, and will be notified via email. If Winner does not respond to notification within 2 days, an alternate Winner will be chosen.
Prize. Winner will receive a $100 digital voucher for lunch or dinner at Amoura. (Approximate retail value $100) Federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winner.
Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Sponsor cannot predict the number of entries.
General Conditions. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Any entrant suspected of tampering with or disrupting any aspect of the Promotion will be disqualified. All decisions of Sponsor are final. By your participation in the Promotion, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and (ii) agree to release, indemnify, and hold the Promotion Entities and their agencies harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and damages of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Promotion, or from your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.
Limitation of Liability. Sponsor makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement with respect to the Prizes. Some jurisdictions may not permit limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties. Check your local laws to determine if any of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries, including entries not received because of interrupted or unavailable network servers, failed communications networks or equipment, computer hardware or software, or other errors or malfunctions whether human, mechanical, or electronic. Should Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determine that the Promotion has been compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, or other causes beyond its control, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or revise the Promotion and choose the Winners in a fair and reasonable manner from among all eligible entries submitted prior to termination.
Governing Law. All disputes concerning the construction, interpretation, validity, effect, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Entrant (i) agrees that exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion will be in state or federal courts located in or nearest to San Mateo County, California, and by entering consents to such jurisdiction and venue; (ii) consents to resolve any such claims individually and without resort to class action; and (iii) agrees that all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney’s fees or punitive, incidental, consequential, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.
Privacy. With the exception of each Winner’s name, city, and state, information collected by Sponsor solely in connection with the Promotion will not be shared with third parties. Any personal information you submit in connection with the Promotion will be used and collected for purposes of this promotion and for Sponsor to share information with you that we think would be of interest.
Winner’s List. For the name, city, and state of Winners, write to Sponsor at the below address no later than one month from the close of Entry.
